ISA Training Partner
Turn Online Knowledge into Practical Competence. Professional sauna education cannot consist of theory alone. Many competencies require practical observation, instruction, correction and assessment. An ISA Training Partner is therefore authorised to provide defined practical components of ISA qualifications according to ISA standards. Depending on qualification and approval, this may include:

ISA National Academy / Country Partner

The New Sauna Master as the Flagship Programme
At the centre of the new ISA education system is the Sauna Master®.
The new programme comprises 101 specialist modules and combines professional knowledge from thermal physiology, health-oriented sauna bathing, Aufguss, fragrances, safety, guest care, technology, hygiene, operations and management.
The theoretical and professional foundation is supported by the new multi-volume Sauna Master Training Compendium and the scientific reference series The Science of Sauna.

Local Sauna Culture Matters
International standardisation does not mean that every sauna culture should become identical.
Quite the opposite. Finnish sauna traditions are different from German sauna culture. Central European Aufguss culture differs from sauna traditions in Scandinavia, North America or Asia.
ISA does not intend to replace these traditions. Our objective is to provide a common professional framework for areas in which safety, physiology, hygiene, quality and professional competence should be based on reliable knowledge. International standards – local sauna culture.
